刺五加注射液治疗围绝经期失眠症32例疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察刺五加注射液治疗围绝经期失眠症的疗效。方法32例患者给予刺五加注射液40～60mL（加入葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250mL中）静滴，每日1次，10d为1个疗程。结果用药1～2个疗程，19例痊愈，9例显效，3例有效，1例无效，总有效率达97％。结论剌五加注射液是刺五加总黄酮制成的注射液，具有平肝补肾、益精壮骨、益智安神的功效。用于治疗围绝经期失眠症效果好，并具有价廉易得、应用方便的特点。
