摘要
采用碱处理工艺对黄麻纤维进行表面改性,改善了纤维与树脂基体的界面粘结,研制了一种新型的黄麻纤维增强硬质聚氨酯结构泡沫材料。测试发现,碱处理使纤维表面杂质含量明显减少,且纤维表面经刻蚀后出现裂纹和沟槽,从而改善了纤维与树脂的界面结合强度。实验结果表明,添加改性纤维的试样压缩强度较改性前有大幅提高,达8%~20%。当纤维的质量分数为3.0%时,复合材料的压缩强度达到最大值;纤维质量分数一定时(3.0%),长度为3mm的短切纤维的增强效果较好。
Alkaline processing was applied to the surface modification of jute fiber, the interface combination between the fiber and resin was improved, and a new kind of rigid polyurethane structure foam reinforced with jute fiber was fabricated. The results show that the content of impurities on the surface of fiber obviously decreased after alkaline treatment, and the surface of the fiber was discovered many cracks and grooves after etching, so the interface combination strength was increased. Compared with samples containing unmodified finer, the compressive strength of samples reinforced with modified fiber greatly increased about 8 % - 20 %. When the weight percentage of fiber content was 3.0 %, the composite materials had a desirable compressive strength, and the composite materials had a better reinforcing effect when the fiber length was 3 mm.
