摘要
针对西安-宝鸡高速公路沥青路面铣刨旧料,进行泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生的研究。通过室内配合比设计,确定了沥青的发泡条件、不同配比的拌和用水量及最佳泡沫沥青用量,经过比选确定了试验路的最终级配组成并进行了各项力学试验。结合试验路工程,简述了厂拌冷再生的施工工艺,并对试验路的再生效果进行了评价。
Using the waste asphalt mixes milled from Xi-Bao expressway, this paper studied cold in-plant recycling with foamed asphalt as stabilizing agent. After a mix design in laboratory, the foaming characteristics of asphalt, water content added in mixing process and optimum asphalt contents of different gradations were determined. By comparison, the gradation adopted in test section was presented and its mechanical properties were also evaluated. Combing the test section, the paper introduced the construction technology of cold in-plant recycling and evaluated the recycling results of the test section.
