摘要
本研究对某大型国有企业管理人员岗位评价在薪酬设计与管理中的意义进行分析,提出国有企业开展岗位评价的重要性。在文献检索和对50多个重要岗位的工作分析的基础上,设计出某大型国企《岗位价值因素评价问卷》,根据问卷调查和因素分析的结果,提取出大型国有企业管理人员岗位评价因素体系,并对研究结果在企业薪酬设计与管理中的应用进行了讨论。
The paper discusses the significance of job evaluation on job positions of management employees in a large state - owned enterprise and investigates the meaningful compensable factors related to job evaluation through developing a questionnaire in a point job evaluation plan. The questionnaire was based on one recently published literature reviews for job evaluation and 50 important job positions analysis in a large state - owned enterprise. 553 management employees answered the questions in the questionnaire. The results show the existence of multiple factors that affect the job evaluation. Among them, 5 important factors related to job evaluation may be regarded as compensable factors which can be used in appraising the management employee's job position in a large state - owned enterprise. An application of this approach to a large state - owned enterprise is also discussed.
