摘要
介绍了利用印染废水、造纸黑液、制革废水等碱性工业废水进行锅炉烟气脱硫除尘的工艺,阐述了废水pH值、液气比、进气SO_2浓度对脱硫效率的影响.利用碱性工业废水脱硫除尘,其脱硫率平均可达80%~90%,除尘率达95%.
Introduces a wet FGD and dust removal technology by using alkaline wastewater from dyeprinting wastewater, pape rmaking bkck liquer and tannery wastewater, and discusses on the influence upon desulfurizing efficiency of treatment such as pH value, the ration of ligud to gas, concentration of sulfer dioxde in wastewater. It shows that the desulfuring effiency was more then 90% and dust remocalwas more then 95%.
