摘要 叙述了在冰乙酸非水介质中,以结晶紫为指示剂、溴化氢与环氧基团迅速等摩尔反应的“溴化氢-冰乙酸非水快速滴定法”。讨论了0.1 mol的HBr-HOAc这一关键试剂的制备方法及有色样品、高填料样品或难以脱色的深色样品不同的测试方法,以及溴化氢/冰乙酸电位滴定方法的应用。与常用的其他环氧分析方法相比,该方法具有简单、可靠、更准确的优点。 A new method to analyze epoxy equivalent weight--direct titration with hydrogen bromide in acetic acid, and with crystal violet to indicate end point of normality reaction was described in this paper. It suited to both transparent and fuscous epoxy specimen easy, fast and accurately. The key to popularize this method was preparation of O. lmol/L standard titration reagent. Influencing factors on various pretretment and determination to the different samples were discussed. The method was widely applied for more quick, simply and precise than hydrochloric acid/acetone titration methods in aerospace industry.
