摘要
2005年9月对广西扶绥九重山的一群白头叶猴跟踪观察,采集粪便样品,并从中提取粪便DNA。从已发表的36对灵长类微卫星引物中筛选出5对多态性较高的引物对提取产物进行PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行基因型分析后,成功地对这群白头叶猴进行了个体识别。该研究表明,运用粪便DNA技术并结合微卫星分析技术可以有效地完成对白头叶猴的个体识别。
Fecal samples of white headed langurs (Trachypithecus leucocephalus) were collected from Jiuchong Shan in Fusui County,Guangxi,China. The white headed langurs' DNA was extracted from them. The fecal DNA was amplified by PCR with 5 polymophic micro satellite as the primer whith were selected from 32 published micro satellite loci. Through analyzing, these 14 individual amplified product were identified from a group of white headed langurs. The result showed that the method which combine extracting DNA from fecal samples and micro satellite technology is a reliable method for individual identification of white headed langur.
