摘要
为了解决政府科技管理中的共性技术筛选问题,从共性技术的概念和特征入手,阐述了共性技术筛选标准遵循的基本原则和必要性,结合我国现实需要,构建了共性技术筛选标准的基本流程,为政府科技管理研究工作提供参考。
Based on the concept and characteristic of general technology, the necessity and basic principle of general technical screening are elaborated in order to solve the problem in government scientific and technological management. Combined with the reality in China, basic flows of the general technical screening standard are constructed to provide more references for government scientific and technological management.
