摘要
目的 研究铂类和氟化嘧啶类药对HeLa细胞裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用.方法 将HeLa细胞注射于4~6周龄的雌性裸小鼠皮下,药物分组如下:A为对照组、B1为顺铂组、B2为卡铂组、B3为5-Fu组、B4为卡培他滨组、B5为顺铂+5-Fu组、B6为顺铂+卡培他滨组、B7为卡铂+5-Fu组.结果 肿瘤体积变化:各实验组都能抑制肿瘤生长,与对照组比较,有显著性差异,P<0.05.B1、B2、B3、B4、B5、B6、B7的抑瘤率分别是:47.59%、56.83%、27.36%、34.63%、72.64%、80.00%、59.10%.用药后B1、B2、B5、B6、B7的肿瘤质量明显小于对照组,有显著性差异,P<0.05,其中B5、B6的瘤量明显轻于B3的,P<0.05,但是析因分析结果得出无正交互效应.结论 关于宫颈癌移植瘤的化疗,卡铂可以替代顺铂;卡培他滨为口服制剂,使用方便,可以替代5-Fu;联合用药时各药物之间的抗肿瘤作用并没有相互增强而只是药效的相加.
Objective To study the inhibition against the transplanted cervical cancer on nude mice of Platinum and Pyrimidine drugs. Methods The HeLa cells were subcutaneous injected into the female nude mice. The experiment was divided into 8 groups,namely,A: control group,B1: cisplatin,B2:carboplatin,B3: 5-Fu,B4: capecitabine,B5: cisplatin+ 5-Fu,B6: cisplatin + capecitabine,B7: carboplatin + 5-Fu. The volume and weight of the tumors and the inhibition ration was recorded as the study parameter. Results All of the transplanted tumor in experimental group were significant inhibited compared with control group, P 〈 0.05.The inhibition ration of tumor of group B1,B2, B3,B4, B5,B6, B7 was 47.59%,56.83% ,27.36% ,34.63%,72.64%, 80.00 % ,59.10%, respectively. The weight of group B1,B2,B5,B6,B7 was significantly less than that of control group, P 〈 0.05. The weight of group B5 and B6 was significantly less than that of group B3, respectively, P 〈 0.05, however, there was not interaction effect between B5/B6 and B3 by multifactorial analysis. Conclusion For the chemotherapy of cervical cancer xenografts, Cisplatin might be replaced by carboplatin ; 5-Fu might be replaced by Capecitabine because of its oral preparation; and t/here were only addition effects on combination chemotherapy between platinum and pyridine drugs but not intensity.
