摘要
[目的]找出针对不锈钢食具容器卫生指标检测的面积计算方法,以确保检测结果的准确性。[方法]通过微积分和模拟方法,建立不同形状不锈钢食具容器的面积计算通用公式。[结果]以本方法可精确计算出不锈钢食具容器的浸泡面积,从而为卫生指标的精确测量提供了保证。[结论]用本方法所得结果准确可靠,可为不锈钢食具容器卫生指标测定值不确定度评定提供依据。
This is to develop a method for calculating the areas of stainless steel cutleries to determine the sanitation elements for the accuracy of the result. This paper established a dimension calculation formula for stainless steel cutleries in different shape through calculus and module method. It is possible to get a precise calculation result by using those formula or method; thereby we could get a precise test result in process of determining sanitation elements.At the same time,it provides reference to uncertainty evaluation for sanitation items test.
