摘要
玻璃钢夹砂管道是一种新型的树脂类管材,在某乙烯改扩建工程大流量循环冷却水系统中采用该管道的实例表明,与常规管材(钢或铸铁管)相比,玻璃钢夹砂管道经济合理、技术先进、施工快捷。笔者初步分析探讨了玻璃钢夹砂管道在设计和无前人经验可借鉴的不利施工条件下施工过程中需特别注意的问题及解决措施。
The application of FRP pipes in the cooling water system of MAOMING Ethylene Project is analyzed, and the advantages of FRP pipes, such as cost saving, advanced technology and easy for construction, are concluded. The problems to be noted and solutions are also discussed according to the actual conditions on site.
