摘要
外资银行的进入在加快我国市场化进程、促进金融深化的同时,带来了巨大的金融风险。本文在分析外资银行发展现状的基础上,建立了对外资银行进入进行有效监控的指标体系、金融风险的宏观监控指标体系和微观监控指标体系,并提出一些政策建议。
The coming of foreign capital banks quickens our national market retorm and improves financial deepening. At the same time, it brings great financial risk. This paper sets up the early-warning indices system to supervise the entrance of foreign capital banks based on the analysis of current developing status. It gives some suggestions on strengthening and improving the management of foreign capital banks.
