摘要
补阴安神是中医治疗焦虑症的一条重要治则,补阴安神中药临床上应用广泛。本文从中西医对焦虑症的认识出发,阐述了补阴安神中药有关研究现状;阐明了焦虑模型现状及存在问题,并在查阅文献的基础上提出左旋谷氨酸钠(MSG)肾阴虚焦虑模型的设想;结合抗焦虑中西药研究现状及问题,提出补阴安神中药抗焦虑研究思路,以期为进一步研究提供文献、理论及方法依据。
The important therapeutical principle of treating anxiety disorders is reinforcing yin and calming the nerves. Firstly, the article was expound the status quo of reinforcing yin and calming the nerves drugs and problem of anxiety model. Secondly, the article point out the MSG can be used to deficiency of kidney-yin anxiety model on the basis of the documents and in the end the article point out study method of the investigative way of antianxiety with reinforcing yin and calming the nerves.
