摘要
在超临界CO2中进行了马来酸酐(M A)与苯乙烯(S t)的沉淀聚合反应,研究了反应时间、反应压力等条件对聚合反应的影响。用FT-IR、GPC、DSC和TG对产物进行了表征。结果表明,聚合反应的转化率可以达到96%,产物的数均分子量M-n可以达到4.6×104g/m o l。DSC和产物溶解性分析表明所合成的产物为交替共聚物。
The copolymerization of maleic anhydride and styrene in supercritieal carbon dioxide was carried out by free radical. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction time, supercritical CO2 pressure on the polymerization were investigated. The products are dry white powder. The conversion reaches at 96%. The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). The number-average molecular weight of the copolymer reaches at 4.6)〈 10^4 g/mol. With increasing of the pressure, the molecular weight of the copolymer increases. The solubility analysis indicates that the copolymer is alternation copolymer. DSC datum shows that the glass transition lemperature (Tg) of the copolymer is 97.1℃. TG curve shows that the decomposition temperature of the copolymer is about 350 ℃.
