摘要 采用SEBS与TPU共混的方法,将SEBS的良好柔顺性与TPU的高极性相结合,得到了可以作为极性工程塑料包覆料使用的共混型热塑性弹性体。通过高压毛细管的测试,评价了充油SEBS与TPU的温度敏感行为;示差扫描量热仪的测试结果表明,随着充油量的增加,SEBS共混材料的Tg逐渐降低,直到充油量达到100%后,Tg稳定在-64℃左右;随着SEBS-g-M AH含量增加,共混物的100%、300%定伸应力逐渐增加,断裂伸长率、断裂应力的变化相同。随着TPU含量的增加,共混材料100%的定伸应力保持不变,而300%定伸应力、断裂伸长率下降,断裂应力却逐渐增加。 A new type of thermal plastic elastomer of TPU/SEBS-g-MAH/SEBS is introduced in this paper and it has excellent hand feeling, together with high polarity of bulk. Through the result of high pressure capaillary rheometer, the estimation of temperature sensitivity of blends in process is obtained; From the result of DSC, it can be proved that glass transition temperature (Tg) decreases gradually with the content of oil filling increasing and while the content of oil filling is 100%, it reaches -64℃ finally. With the content of SEBS-g-MAH increasing , the 100% and 200% fixed elongation stress of blends enhance gradually, as well as rupture stress and rupture rate of elongation; With the content of TPU increasing, however, the 100% fixed elongation stress of blends remains invariant and the 200% fixed elongation stress of blends, together with rupture stress and rupture rate of elongation, increases.
