探析高纬度训练对运动员生理、生化机能的影响

摘要 随着竞技体育竞争的不断激烈和运动技术水平的迅猛提高,世界各国体育研究机构都把高原训练作为一种辅助手段加以高度重视。通过多年的高原训练的实践经验和研究,基础理论得到了充实和完善,形成了较为丰富的理论和实践体系。就高原训练对运动员生理、生化机能的影响加以研究,以寻求更好的运动训练的环境。 The increasing competition of sports has made sports research institutes worldwide pay due attention to altiplano training as a subsidiary training means for athletes. After years of practice and research, people have formed a comparatively rich theory and practical system in this field. This paper makes a study of the influence of high - altitude training on athletes" physiological and biochemical functions in the hope of seeking a better environment c.f sports training.
