摘要
抗震结构最优可靠度的决策对结构的抗震设计具有非常重要的作用。在文献[1]中,我们给出了既考虑结构的当前投资[造价],又考虑它遇到地震时的损失期望的决策方法。经过进一步的研究,本文所提的决策方法除考虑以上两个因素外,还考虑了结构服役期间的经济效益,使结构失效总损失的期望值最小。
The optimal reliability decision for aseismic structures plays a very important role in their design. A decision method for the optimal reliability with considering both the structural present investment (construction cost) and its earthquake loss expectation was given in Ref. [1], This paper, through the further investigation of considering structural economical benefit in its service period, gives a more complete and reasonable decision procedure, which makes the structural total economic loss expectation be minimum.
