摘要
有限元网洛的自动生成是有限元方法在工程中应用的重要前提。斜齿轮三维有限元网格的自动生成是十分困难和复杂的。文中根据渐开线齿轮形状持证提出了一种斜齿轮轮齿三维有限元网格自动生成的方法,并可以对生成的网格进行细化。该方法简单实用。用它编制了相应的计算机程序,只需输入齿轮的基本参数,便可以得到轮齿三维有限元网格的有关数据文件。这些文件可直接用于通用有限元软件,极大地简化了斜齿轮有限元建模过程。
Automatic generation of finite element mesh is an important prerequisite for the application of finite element method in engineering design. On the basis of the form feature of involute gear, a method has been presented which is used to generate automatically the three-dimensional finite element mesh of belieal gear tooth. The generated mesh can be densified. This method is very simple and useful. According to it, computer program has been developed. With the program, data files on the three-dimensional mesh of belieal gear tooth can be obtained by inputting basic parameters of belieal gear. These files can be directly transferred to general finite element software, which greatly simplifies the preprocess of finite element analysis for belieal gear.
