摘要
为实现有限资源约束下路面管理效益的最大化和费用的最小化,提出多目标优化方法.应用折衷规划的数学方法建立路面管理决策双目标优化模型,目标函数为路网平均路面性能和维修设备工作时间最大化,约束条件包括维修费用、人力以及最低路面性能等;通过路网养护维修数据对模型进行验证.计算结果表明,维修费用和维修人员的使用率分别达到92.8%和99.9%.该方法是路面管理的有效优化工具,能够实现路面管理的多目标决策.
To gain maximal benefits with minimal costs under the constraint of restricted resources for pavement management, a multiobjective optimization method is proposed. The paper formulates a hiobjective optimization model for pavement management using compromise programming. The objective functions are maximizing the average pavement present serviceability index and equipment working time. The constraints include the maintenance cost, manpower, and minimum pavement performance. Optimization models presented are exemplified by an actual pavement network. Results showed that usage of maintenance cost and manpower are 92.8 % and 99.9 %, respectively. The method proposed is an effective tool for multiobjective optimization of pavement management, and is able to solve the decision making problem.
