摘要
介绍了胜利油田90年代初所研究应用的压裂工艺新技术。在压裂液方面包括:应用于低温地层的破胶系统;应用于高温地层的有机硼酸盐交联系统;延缓释放的压裂液破胶系统;应用于水敏地层的柴油基压裂液等、在施工工艺方面包括:压裂化化设计技术;压裂施工监测技术;裂缝缝高控制技术;薄油层改造技术等。根据90年代初国外压裂技术的发展情况,介绍了端部脱砂技术及重复压裂技术。
This paper introduces the new fracturing technology studied and used in Shengli oilfield in 1990's. The fracturing fluids include gel breaking system suitable for low -temperature formation,organic borate crosslinking system for high - temperature formation,delay relief fracturing fluid gel breaking system,and diesel oil-base fracturing fluid for water - sensitive formation. The fracturing operation technology include optimum design techniques, operation monitoring techniques, fracture height control techniques, fracturing techniques for thin oil formation. According to development situation of fracturing technology at abroad in 1990's, it also introduces the end sand out technique and multiple fracturing technique.
