山核桃属植物种子活力的测定 被引量:9

摘要 为了找出影响山核桃属植物种子滔力的因素,对浙江山核桃、湖南山核桃种子活力进行了一系列的分析.结果表明;山核桃种子的发芽率随着贮藏时间的延长而降低;山核桃种子的种壳含水量均高于种仁含水量,且种壳和种仁含水量均随着贮藏时间的延长而下降,但是随着贮藏时间的延长,浙江山核桃种壳和种仁的含水量的降低量小于湖南山核桃;山核桃种子中的脱氢酶、过氧化物酶含量均随着贮藏时间的延长而降低,但是较耐贮藏的浙江山核桃种子的酶含量下降幅度较小,不耐贮藏的湖南山核桃种子的酶含量下降幅度较大;以2~3个胚居多的湖南山核桃种子容易丧失生活力,而以单胚居多,最多只有2个胚的浙江山核桃种子较湖南山核桃种子耐贮藏。 In order to find affecting factors of seed vigor in Carya Nutt, seed vigor in C. cathayensis and C. hunanensis species were analyzed. The results indicated that seed germinate rate in Carya Nutt was decreased with extension of storage time, water content in seed coat was higher than that in kernel, and water contents in seed coat and kernel were both decreased with extension of storage time, but the decreasing value of water content in seed coat and kernel of C. cathayensis was smaller than that in C . hunanensis; contents of dehydrogenases and peroxidases were also decreased with extension of storage time, but the degree of that in long-storing seed of C. cathayensis were smaller than that in short-storing seed of C. hunanensis; most seeds of C. hunanensis had 2~3 embryos mostly, and seed vigor was easy to come down, but seeds of C. cathayensis had single embryo mostly and had not polyembryony but two embryos, and its seeds could be stored longer than seeds of C. hunanensis.
