摘要
结合房地产价格的基本理论,从房价与居民可支配收入比的角度分析了太原市房地产的价格特征,分析了太原市不合理的房地产价格产生的原因,提出合理调整太原市的房地产价格应采取的措施。
Connecting with the basic theory of real estate,this paper analyzes on the features of real estate price in Taiyuan City from the angle of the ratio of the house price and the disposable income of residents, analyzes on the causes of the irrational price of real estate in Taiyuan City,and advances some measures for regulating rationally the real estate price in Taiyuan City.
