摘要
针对我国就业的现状,分析了就业指导对大学生就业的重要意义,并从4个方面论述了就业指导对大学生就业的促进作用。
In the light of the present situation of Chinese employment, this paper analyzes on the significance of vocational guidance on the undergraduate employment, and expounds the promoting function of the vocational guidance on the undergraduate employment.
