摘要
24只成年扬州鹅公鹅按体重一致的原则,随即分成4组,每组6只,每只单笼饲养。旨在探讨鹅饲料真代谢能测定(TME)中适宜消化道排空期和排泄物收集期。试验排空处理期为24、32、40h,排泄物收集期为16、24、32、40、48h。结果表明:①随着绝食排空时间的增加,排泄物量逐渐减少,鹅对饲料干物质的利用率和AME、TME值逐渐增大,绝食40h组最大。分析结果表明,绝食24、32、40h组之间,ME值两两差异不显著。②随着收集时间的延长,排泄物量增大,鹅对饲料干物质的利用率和代谢能值下降。AME值除24h显著高于48h外,24、32、40、48h两两差异不显著;TME值不同时间段之间差异均不显著。综上所述,鹅TME法测定饲料代谢能值时,适宜消化道排空期和排泄物收集期建议为“24h+24h”模式。
The results showed that.. ①The amount of dry matter (DM) excretion was reduced and the feed metabolic ratio and Apparent Metabolisable Energy(AME),True Metabolisable Energy(TME) values were increased with the progressing of fasting time. Among them the Metabolisable Energy (ME) values of fasted 40h group was the highest. The results of analysis showed that: there were no significant difference of the AME and TME values of 24, 32, 40h fasted treatment. ②The amount of dry matter excretion increased and the digestibility of dry matter and the AME, TME values decreased with the prolonging of the excreta collection time. Except the AME values of 24h fecal collection time were significant higher than that of 48h, there were no obvious difference between 24, 32, 40, 48h clearance time. The TME values of 16, 24, 32, 40, 48h collection time showed no apparent difference. The proper duration of starvation and excreta collection period of bioassay of TME in geese is "24h+24h "according to the results achieved by this experiment for geese .
