微创钢板内固定术治疗股骨干复杂骨折 被引量:1

Treatment on the Complex Fracture of Diaphysis of Femur by Minimal Invasive Plate Osteosynthesis

摘要 目的 探讨应用微创钢板内固定术植入有限接触动力加压钢板治疗股骨干复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法 1998年4月至2005年7月,我们采用微创钢板内固定术植入有限接触动力加压钢板治疗股骨干复杂骨折17例,术后下肢CPM功能锻炼。结果 所有病例获得随访,随访时间12—24个月,平均15个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间2.9-4.5个月,平均3.2个月。根据Klemm关于股骨、胫骨两种骨折的功能恢复分级标准评估:优14例。良3例。结论 应用微创生物学固定术植入有限接触动力加压钢板手术创伤小、牢固、安全,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,是治疗股骨干复杂骨折的有效方法。 Objective To research the clinic result of treatment on the diaphysis of femur by minimal invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO). Methods 17 cases were treated by minimal invasive plate osteosynthesis with limited contact dynamic compress plate;all patients were cured by CMP after treatment. Results All cases were fellowed up and healed;the heal courses were from 2.9 to 4.5 months on the average of 3.2 months. According to the Klemm scoring system on the fracture of diaphysis of femur,the results were excellent in 14 and good in 3 cases. Conclusion The MIPO was good method to treat the fracture of diaphysis of femur due to mininal invasion, secure fixation, high ratees of union, and less complications.
