摘要
为满足节能、环保的要求,一些钢铁企业利用高炉煤气、焦炉煤气与煤混烧发电,而混烧气体燃料对锅炉的汽温、烟温等特性产生的影响并不是很明显.以某350 MW的煤粉/高炉煤气/焦炉煤气混烧电站锅炉为研究对象,分析混烧高炉煤气、焦炉煤气对汽温、烟温及效率等的影响,试验研究所得出的有关数据对锅炉的优化运行具有指导意义.
In order to protect the environment and economize energy, some steel companies generating electricity use the mixture fuel of the blast gas, the cove gas and pulverized coal. But the effect of the gas fuel on the boiler is uncertain, so this paper analyzes the effect of blending the blast gas and cove gas to the steam temperature, gas temperature and boiler efficiency through a lot of experimental researches, which have instructional sense to the optimum running of the boiler.
