摘要
1 引言排序和分类是植被分析的两个主要方面。植被研究的实践证明,将排序和分类结合起来能更好地反映群落间的生态关系。目前已有不少基于排序之上的分类方法,如双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN),模糊C-均值聚类等,它们的效果优于一般的分类方法。但以分类为基础的排序方法还未见有报道。本文介绍一个简单的排序方法,它是在分类结果的基础上再进行排序。我们用该方法对德国西北部Hopsten草地数据进行分析,以检验它的排序效果。
A simple ordination technique based on classification results and matrix multiplication was introduced. It Was used to analyze the grassland data in Hopsten, Northwest Germany and its outcome was compared with that of detrended correspondence analysis(DCA) in this paper. The results suggested that it was a successive and effective ordination method, and was casier in interpretation.
