摘要
高等院校作为社会组织,其运作需借助自身的行政管理来整合资源、协调关系,同时高校又是政治社会化的重要环节,国家力量会在一定程度上介入学校管理,规范其发展目标。但是,中国的公办高校长期依附于政府,学术权力缺乏正确定位,限制了学校的整体效率和个体积极性。在国家经济与政治体制改革的过程中,滞后的高校行政模式造成学校利益导向与社会利益的偏差,滋生了学术腐败,改革传统的行政管理结构,是消除这种负面功能的根本途径。
As a social organization, the university has to resort to its administration to harmonize resources and coordinate relations. Meanwhile, the university is also an important sector to political socialization; mighty power may intervene the process of its management and regulate its developmental pursuit. However, Chinese state-owned universities have attached to government for a long time, lack of proper orientation for academic authority, which limits the enhancement of university＇s overall efficiency and individual enthusiasm. In the course of reforming on economic and political system, the laggard administrative mode leads to the discrepancy between interest orientation of university and social interests, thus it gives rise to academic corruption. Reforming the traditional administrative structure is the ultimate way to eliminate the negative effect.
