摘要
研究了香兰素脱甲基合成3,4-二羟基苯甲醛的反应,确定了反应的最优条件为:三氯化铝、吡啶、二氯甲烷与香兰素的物质的量之比为1.4∶3.2∶4.6∶1,常压回流状态下得到产品纯度为99.8%,收率为96.0%,并对反应机理运用硬软酸碱理论(HSAB)进行了解释.
3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde was prepared from vanillin by demethylation. Optimum reaction conditions were found out. Molar ratio of catalyst anhydrous aluminum chloride, pyridine and methylene chloride to vanillin is 1.4 : 3.2 : 4.6 : 1. At refluxing temperature at one atmosphere pressure,the yield was up to 96.0% and the purity was 99.8G. The reaction is analyzed according to the theory of hard:soft-acid-base.
