摘要
高校图书馆用户信息素质普遍不高,导致信息需求相对不足。信息素质教育迫在眉睫,可通过信息意识教育、信息道德教育、信息技能教育三个方面来完成。与此同时,建立健全一套完善的评价体系,也是检验高校信息化水平的有效手段。
