摘要
旅游消费者决策行为是指从感知、认知、理解、经过“消费者暗箱”,直至做出最终决策的整个过程。本文从消费者在作旅行决策前的感知、学习、理解、决策四阶段对其心理变化过程进行了分析和探讨,并通过实际的市场调查对在前3个阶段的决策影响因子进行了分析。最后针对各阶段权重较大的决策影响因子,提出了几点合理化的建议。
The tourists' decision-making is a whole course from feehng, cognition and comprehension, through "tourists' camera bellows", then at last to make the decision. This thesis analyzes tourists' psychological changing course in the four phases of feeling, learning, comprehension and decision before they make the last decision, then makes the analysis of the influential factors in the three phases before the decision through the practical market research. Finally, it makes a few reasonable suggestions to the relative factors which play more important role in the decision in every phase.
