摘要
企业的劳资冲突,依据科塞的定义可分为现实性冲突和非现实性冲突,两种冲突的表现形式不一,引起冲突的原因却大致相同。劳资冲突对劳资双方、对企业、对社会都会成为破坏性力量,但人们对冲突的正功能关注却比较少。在对劳资关系进行反思和重新定位的基础上,认为应该借助当前经济社会发展的各种有利条件对劳资冲突进行社会调控,适时调整劳资关系,在维护工人利益和保障企业发展之间找到一个最佳平衡点。
According to Kesi' definition, this conflict can be classified as real and non- real conflict. These two conflicts appear in different forms, while the cause for the conflicts are somewhat the same. This conflict may become a destructive force to beth the employer and employee, enterprise society, one seldom concems its positive side. On the basis of rethinking and repositioning employer- employee relation, we think we should, with various favorite conditions in economic society development, socially regulate and control this relation, regulate it timely, find a balance point between maintaining workers' interest and ensuring business development
