摘要 终身学习是社会发展的必然趋势,也是加快企业发展的原动力。建设学习型组织是通过培养组织的学习气氛、充分发挥员工的创造性而建立一种有机的、柔性的、扁平的、人性化的、持续发展的组织,其核心目标是推动组织学习,通过组织学习提升组织能力,从而促进组织发展。这一理念对逐步建立与企业发展目标、企业管理方针相适应的企业员工培训工作具有非常重要的意义。 To study through the whole life is a natural trend of social development and also a fundamental power to speed up enterprise development. To construct learning organization is to build an organic, flexible, flat, human, continuing developing organization through cultivating organization study atmosphere and fully playing employee creativity, its core target is to promote organization to study, improve organization capacity through organization study, thus promote organization to develop. This concept is very important for constructing training work in enterprise which is adapted to development target and management policy of enterprise.
