肝素锂抗凝血浆与血清样品28项生化检验项目的可比性分析 被引量:36

摘要 目的:探讨肝素锂抗凝血浆代替血清标本进行生化检验的可行性。方法:对比测定了30例肝素锂抗凝血浆和血清标本的28项生化检验指标。结果:28项生化检验结果经显著性t检验,24项血清与血浆结果差异无显著性,P>0.05,TBIL、TP、LDH结果差异有显著性,P<0.05。CK-MB结果差异有显著性,P<0.001。结果:经相关性检验,27项检测结果相关,r值最大0.9984,最小0.8587,CK-MB检测结果不相关。结论:肝素锂具有抗凝能力强,不影响细胞体积,不溶血,分离血浆速度快,减少放置误差等优点,除了CK-MB不宜检测外,更适合于生化项目的速检。 Objective To study the Feasibility of biochemical assay with anticoagulant blood plasma used heparin Lithium that replaced blood serum. Methods Opposite test 28 biochemical index of 30 anticoagulant blood plasma with heparin Lithium and blood serum. Results Compared with the blood serum, 24 biochemical index had no significant difference (P〉0.05), while there are significant different about TBIL TP LDH (P〈0.05) and CK-MB (P〈0. 001). 27 assayindex were correlated. The max numeric value of r is 0, 998 4, The minimum is 0. 858 7. There was no correlation about CK-MB. Conclusion heparin Lithium has not an effect on cell volume and is not haemolysisas good anticoagulant, and can quickly separate blood plasma, It is better fit for quickly detecting biochemical index except CK-MB.
