带膜支架血管内植入治疗夹层动脉瘤(附5例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的:总结带膜支架血管内植入治疗夹层动脉瘤的临床经验。方法:对5例患有夹层动脉瘤的病人进行带膜支架血管内植入治疗,1例术中造影发现胸、腹主动脉多处夹层破口而终止手术,其余4例均血管内植入带膜支架,其中3例植入胸主动脉、1例植入腹主动脉。用Medtronic直型支架3例,用国产分支支架1例。结果:除1例造影发现封堵不佳,给予球囊支架内扩张,此外无其他特殊并发症。其余3例均一次成功,术后造影显示动脉瘤消失,真腔扩大,全组无死亡。结论:带膜支架血管内植入治疗夹层动脉瘤疗效确切、微创、并发症低、值得推广。但要做好术前评估及掌握适应证。
