摘要
为观察泡泡浴对正常婴儿体智能发育的作用。选择2005-01/03在解放军第三军医大学附属新桥医院每周一于儿保门诊就诊的42名婴儿,根据门诊号奇偶随机分为2组:泡泡浴组22名,男11名,女11名,包括2~4个月龄11名,5~8个月龄11名;对照组20名,男11名,女9名,2~4个月龄9名,5~8个月龄11名。观察并比较两组婴儿2个月前后体质量和Gesell发育指数增长情况。结果表明泡泡浴组运动能、应物能、应人能、语言能发育指数增长显著高于对照组(3.68±0.84,,1.75±0.54;3.27±1.08,1.75±0.72;3.18±0.85,0.90±0.55;3.14±0.89,1.75±0.72,P<0.05)。体质量增长情况泡泡浴组与对照组比较,差异无显著性[(0.63±0.25)kg,(0.50±0.25)kg,P>0.05]。提示泡泡浴对婴儿体智能发育有明显的促进作用。
To observe the effect of bubble bath on physical and intellectual abilities of normal infants, we selected 42 infants who received children care in Xinqiao Hospital, the Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January to March2005. They were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n=22) including 11 males and 11 females, 11 aged 2-,-4 months and 11 aged 5-8 months; and control group (n=20) ineluding 11 males and 9 females, 9 aged 2-4 months and 11 aged 5-8 months. Body mass differences and Gesell development quotient of the two groups were determined and compared before and after two months. The findings showed that motor, adaptive behavior, social behavior and language of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group (3.68±0.84, 1.75±0.54; 3.27±1.08, 1.75±0.72; 3.18±0.85, 0.90 ±0.55; 3.14±0.89, 1.75±0.72, P 〈 0.05). No significant difference was found in the increase of body mass between the treatment group and control group [(0.631-0.25) kg, (0.50±0.25) kg, P 〉 0.05]. The experiment indicates that bubble bath advances the physical and intellectual development of the infants.
