激素耐药型肾病综合征发病机制及治疗对策研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 激素耐药型肾病综合征(steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome,SRNS)在临床上多易反复发作,迁延不愈,最终发展为终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD),是临床上最棘手的问题,本文就SRNS的发病机制和治疗对策研究进展作一综述。实用儿科临床杂志,2006,21(19)
