摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病常见且严重的微血管并发症,近年来对DR发病机制的探讨已成为研究热点。M櫣ller细胞是哺乳动物视网膜主要的神经胶质细胞,贯穿于整个视网膜,参与视网膜的许多病理和生理过程。随着对胶质细胞研究的深入,人们发现M櫣ller细胞对DR的发病机制研究有着重要意义。 Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is one ordinary and severe microvascular complication of diabetes. Recently the discussion of DR pathogenesis has become the hotspot of study. Mfiller cells are the primary glial cells in marmmal retina, which run through the whole retina, and participate in the pathologic and physiologic process of the retina. With the deep study of glial cells, it has been found that Mǖller cells play a critical role in DR pathogenesis.
