他巴唑对人钠碘转运体mRNA表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨他巴唑对人钠碘转运体mRNA表达的影响。方法原代培养甲状腺细胞,测定细胞在他巴唑的作用下人钠碘转运体mRNA的表达量的变化。结果他巴唑能抑制人钠碘转运体mRNA的表达。结论他巴唑可通过人钠碘转运体而发挥抗甲状腺作用。 Objective To explore the effect of methimazole on the expression of human sodium iodide symporter(hNIS)mRNA and the new mechanism of methimazole on thyroid cell. Methods The thyrocytes were cultured and the expression of hNISmRNA was measured. Results Methimazole could inhibit the expression of hNISmRNA. Condusion Methimazole may have antithyroid effect through human sodium iodide symporter.
