摘要
目的:观察巴曲酶联合苯那普利、雷公藤多甙治疗IgA肾病(IgA nephroputhy,IgAN)的效果。方法:将84例Lee氏分级≥Ⅲ级伴肾功能不全的IgAN患者随机分为两组:巴曲酶、苯那普利、雷公藤多甙三联组(BBT三联组)及苯那普利组,观察两组的疗效。结果:①6个月后,BBT三联组Bun、Scr均有一定程度下降(前者P<0.01,后者P<0.05),疗效优于苯那普利组。②6个月后,BBT三联组24 h尿蛋白定量明显下降(P<0.01),血白蛋白(Alb)水平升高(P<0.01),疗效优于苯那普利组。结论:巴曲酶联合雷公藤多甙、苯那普利治疗Lee氏分级均≥Ⅲ级且伴慢性肾功能不全的IgAN,可以减轻蛋白尿、改善和稳定肾功能,疗效优于单用苯那普利者。
Objective : To observe the effect of batroxobin combined with benazeprll and tripterigium wilfordii glycosides on IgA nephropathy(IgAN). Methods: Eighty-four cases with IgAN, whose renal function was chronic insufficiency and renal pathologic change was no less than grade Ⅲ according to Lee' s method, were randomly divided into two groups:batroxobin, benazepril and tripterigium wilfordii glycosides group (BBT triplet) and benazepril group, the results were observed respectively. Results: ① After six months, Bun and Scr in BBT triplet group were significantly decreased (the former P 〈 0.01, the latter P 〈 0.05 ), the effective treatment precedes that of benazepril group. ②After six months, urinary protein quantitative obviously descend ( P 〈 0.01) ,and albumin elevate ( P 〈 0.01), the effective treatment surpass that of benazepril group. Conclusion : The effect of batroxobin combined with benazepril and tripterigium wilfordii glycosides on IgAN (≥ Ⅲ by Lee's)with renal insufficiency precedes that of single benazepril group in relief of proteinuria, improvement and stabilization of renal function.
