摘要 铝、镁等轻金属优良的物理性能,使其在工业领域的应用越来越广泛,在汽车工业尤为突出。列举了激光-MIG焊,激光-TIG焊,激光辅助搅拌摩擦焊,双激光束焊等多种激光复合热源在铝、镁及其合金连接上的应用,对相关复合热源的加工原理做了简要的分析。这些激光复合热源形式有各自的优点,在轻金属的加工连接方面有广阔的应用前景。 Iuminum, magnesium and other light metals have excellent advantages, so they are applied in industry fields widely, especially in automobile industry. There are some hybrid welding processes such as laser-metal inert-gas welding, laser-tungsten inert-gas welding, laser assisted friction stir welding and dual laser beam welding, which can be used for joining aluminum, magnesium and their alloy. These laser hybrid heaters have their own advantages and have wide application prospect in the joining of light metals.
