摘要
随着我国职业教育的迅猛发展,以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向、以能力培养为着力点的高等职业技术教育培养模式初见端倪。于是能力之谈,众说纷纭,但归根到底职业教育培养出来的学生应具有什么样的能力却没有定论,培养出来的学生能力也就因校不同、因教而异。就综合职业能力的内涵定位以及主要能力的确定与培养等进行探索与研究,并提出自己的见解。
With the swift and violent development of vocational education of our country, for the purpose of serving, taking employment as the direction, the training mode of the high vocational and technical education that is tied to train ability has detected a clue. So, there are many opinions about ability, but people haven＇t passed a final conclusion on the abilities that the students studying in vocational colleges should have, however, the students＇ abilities are different because of different schools and different training. This article explores and researches the location of intention of comprehensive vocation ability and the cultivation of the main ability, also puts forward the author＇s own opinion.
