摘要
根据掌握的资料和数据,用物料破碎过程的热力学理论对钠还原产物(钽块)的破碎过程进行了分析。指出钽或块在敞口机械破碎过程中出现的无数次瞬时高温将导致钽物料发生氧化和氮氧化反应。在此基础上对钽粉的增氧率进行了估算,对钽料氧化和氮氧化产生的后果进行了讨论,结论是钠还原钽块的破碎工序是一增氧工序,应当引起重视。
As a matter of record, using the thermodynamic theory ofmaterial crushing, the process of crushing of Ta lump is analysed. Itshoals the etistenc3 a-catty tiings of lit3tantaneous high temperature i'crushing process in open--type e4uipment, which resu its in format ionof Ta oxide and oxynitride .Oxygen enrichment of Ta powder from thisoperation is estimated and discussed. The conclusion is that crushingprocess of the Na--reduced Ta lump is a oxygen enriched one. so w.must give the matter thought.
