CF—62钢是我国新研制的替代国外相应低温钢材料,用于制造-40℃低温压力容器.对焊接来讲,其焊接接头在-40℃的冲击值难以保证.因此,通过工艺方案选定和工艺评定试验,选定了最佳工艺参数,并采取了相应措施.成功地焊接了产品.
Steel CF-62 is a new developed one used for low -temperature pressure vessels at-40℃ , the difficulty of welding CF-62 steel is to keep it with good enough low-temperature toughness. The optimum welding parameters are obtained by procedure evaluation test and procedure is applied to production successfully.
