摘要
新公司法对原公司法做出了较大范围的修改。通过对新旧公司法内容的比较,从几个方面分析了公司法修改的目的和作用。修改后的公司法集中体现出鼓励投资、公司自治和利益平衡等立法理念,必将对完善我国公司制度,促进市场经济繁荣,适应现代经济等方面起到积极作用。
The revised corporate law has been passed and compared with the original the new law is uniquely improved in such aspects as its purpose and function, its emphasis on the incentives for investment, corporate self-rule and balance of benefits, etc. and will be of vital import for the prosperity of China＇s market economy.
