摘要 主要介绍了斯特林制冷机温度闭环控制系统的总体方案和各被控参数的特点,对控制系统方法的选择进行较详细的分析和说明,并提出了温度闭环控制系统设计中的部分问题和解决方法。 The total scheme of the Stifling cryocooler temperature closed loop control system and the characteristics of each controlled parameter were introduced. It has carried through the more detailed analysis and elucidation to the choice of the control system method and definitely put forward the problems within temperature closed loop control system and designs to reach agreement method.
