摘要
通过对现行的地质灾害信息的发布的方式的研究,介绍了一种基于WEBGIS技术的地质灾害预警预报矢量图的实现过程。阐述了该图实现中的数据库的选择及表结构,地质灾害预警预报图的两种类型图,即灾害等级色块图和降雨量等值线图,对它们的实现过程及成图判据给出了详细分析。另外,对于矢量预报图的图上功能,包括灾害点的信息检索、面积距离的量算、最优路径等的实现也作了详细阐述。本地质灾害预警预报图的实现对基于WEBGIS的湖北省地质灾害预警预报系统的全面实施提供了必要的基础。
Through investigating the existing announcement model of geologic disaster information, the article introduces a kind of Implementing process of Geologic disaster prediction and prewarning chart based on WEBGIS technology. The author expatiates on the selection of database with the structure of datasheet, the two types of the Disaster forecast chart including the disaster level color--classifed chart and rainfall isoline chart. Furthermore, the author gives the expatiation of chart function, such as information retrieval system of disaster points, measure of area and optimized path, as well. Generally, the implementation of Prediction and Prewarning Chart has given an essential foundation of implementing prediction and prewarning system on geologic disaster based on WEBGIS in Hubei Province.
