摘要
介绍了急救护士的来源、学历分布、年龄分布、工作能力,提出今后应加强专科护理管理及继续教育,培养急救护理专家,减轻急救护理人员心理压力。
It introduced source, the distribution of academic career and age,and work ability of first aid nurses. And it put forward that specific nursing management and continuing education of nurses should bc strengthened in the future. First aid nursing specialist should be fostered. And psychological pressure of first aid nursing staffs should be eased.
