摘要
对学生错误行为的批评是一项非程序化、低结构化和非模式化的工作,很难用逻辑和理性的思考去解决,要靠学生思想政治教育工作者的经验、判断力和直觉力,由于受时间、地点、环境和教育对象等因素的影响,只有灵活多变地运用教育方法与手段,不断注重创新,才能使批评艺术不至于停留在低的层面“把事情做对”,实现高的层面“做对的事情”。
To criticize the erroneous behavior of students is a kind of unordered and unpatterned work. It is hard to use logical or rational thought to solve the problem. Instead, it depends on the experiences, judgments and intuitions of the staff members in charge of ideological education. Due to the influence of such elements as time, place, environment and educational target, to achieve high level educational work, the staff members should pay attention to creative ideas and adopt flexible educational method.
