摘要
传统的骨干教师培训模式已不能适应新课程背景下对骨干教师的要求,因此,我们在培训模式上进行了大胆的改革和创新,即重在培养教师的教育理念和教育能力。通过培训,为职后教育探讨了一条新途径。
Traditional key teacher training mode has not met the requirements of key teachers in the situations of new curriculum standards. Thus, the author made brave reform and innovation for training mode in mainly helping teachers change their educational ideas and for improving their educational abilities. The training paves a new way for post-vocational education.
